Astral ZX250 cartridge filter replacement element is designed to fit directly into you existing Astral ZX250 cartridge filter with minimal effort. Just remove your old one and drop in the new one and your'e done. 

Things to check before purchasing this product:- 

Don't be to alarmed if your old filter cartridge has slightly different measurements.  Due to age and hard work your old filter is likely compressed or warped in one way or another. It does help to check the measurements are in the ball park though. Manufactured from quality Reemay Cartridge Element Media which is made of continuous filaments and does not weave out, heavier and sturdia making it beter at capturing smaller particle.

While this is a generic replacement cartrige filter element does not mean the quality is sub standard.  In fact it's quite the opposite.

Manufacturers of pool cartridge filters have in the past protected their spare parts supply chains and blocked smaller distributers or retailers from going direct to reduce inflation on price by cutting out the middle man.

​How to properly measure your cartridge filter element?

A: Outer Diameter: Measure the outside diameter of the end cap at the widest point. B: Filter Length: Measure the overall length of the cartridge including the end caps. NB! Do not include any handles, attachments, etc. All measurements are taken from the outside of the filter. C: Hole (if applicable): Measure the centre hole as accurately as possible.
