Freight Policy

Dispatch Policy

It is The Policy of platinum Pool and Spa Centre  to dispatch all orders within 1-2 working days. If for any reason we cannot dispatch your order within 2 working days we will contact you with an estimated dispatch day.

Couriers Please - Gold Coast, Brisbane, Sunshine Coast

Shipping Times (Estimate)

Below are the estimated delivery times to metropolitan areas in each state from our dispatch address in Mudgeeraba Gold Coast Queensland. If you are remotely located it may take longer than our estimated times and you may be contacted by our courier to organise a location where they can meet you or securely leave the package. Most orders are received by our East Coast Australia customers in 1-4 working days.

Brisbane - 1 day*

Sunshine Coast - 1 day*

Gold Coast & Northern Rivers - Same Day* (24 hours)

* Denotes working days   Order Tracking   All of our parcels can be tracked and we are happy to supply a tracking number on request.  

Installation Zone

Platinum Pool and Spa Centre is a Gold Coast based retail and service business.  We offer an insallation service to all Gold Coast and surrounding suburbs only. Click here to see the list of suburbs which we provide installation for. 

Shipping Zones

Free Shipping - We offer free shipping for qualifying purchases to all suburbs within South East Queensland including Gold Coast, Brisbane, Sunshine Coast and Northern Rivers.  If the Free shipping icon doesn't appear as an option in the cart then you will be charged a Flat Rate Shipping Fee for delivery of that product.

Shipping Rates  

Free Shipping - All products or orders over $200 will be shipped free of charge to anywhere within our dedicated Free Shipping zone.  

$12 Flat Rate Shipping - All products or orders under $200 will incur a $12 dollar flat rate shipping fee.  This is limited to orders which can be shipped as one parcel. Any multi or bulky orders under $200 that can't be shipped as one package will incurr an extra $12 charge.
